The resurgence of armed conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh in September last year, is not surprising. This article proposes to understand the causes, the interests and strategies of regional actors (Russia, Turkey, Israel, Iran, and China), explaining the difficulty in putting an end to this dispute for over a century.
